As SVP, Client and Partner Success for North America, Cliff oversees PB’s most valued client relationships, developing and supporting client growth and service success through the Client Success team. His group serves over 250 global brands through Border Free and continues to scale PB’s new International Inbound market offering to enable ecommerce clients with a competitive, reliable service for delivery of packages to U.S. consumers.
Cliff possesses well-established expertise in the shipping, mailing and logistics industries. In his prior role as SVP of Sales and Customer Relations for the USPS, he lead nearly 5,000 sales and customer service employees in increasing commercial revenue three-fold over a period of 5 years and in launching new technology and analytics capabilities for an Enterprise Customer Care Center handling over 60M calls annually. He assisted some of the largest retailers and marketplaces, mid-market players and SMBs to significantly grow their businesses. In the process, Cliff and his team helped drive significant growth and established the USPS’s role in the domestic ecommerce and parcels market.
