Speaker Announcement: Terry Chan, Founder of JUSTT GROUP and Hong Kong eCommerce Supply Chain Association

We are delighted to announce that Terry Chan, Founder & CEO of JUSTT GROUP and Founder & Chairman of Hong Kong eCommerce Supply Chain Association (HKeCSC) will be speaking at WMX Asia in September 2026.


Mr. Terry Chan has over 25 years of leadership and strategic experience in the field of e-commerce, with particular expertise in helping Hong Kong businesses, brands, and startups achieve sustainable success in emerging e-commerce markets, including China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. He has been recognized with numerous accolades, such as being named one of the “Asia’s Most Promising Business Leaders” and one of the “Top 10 Global Influential Supply Chain Leaders.” His work has been featured in Forbes magazine, and he has been invited to speak at events hosted by the World Bank.

As a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Chan founded JUSTT GROUP, a company specializing in e-commerce education, consulting, and solutions in Southeast Asia. Its services include local talent recruitment, supply chain optimization and innovation, as well as AI-driven marketing strategies. He also established the Hong Kong E-commerce Supply Chain Association (HKeCSC), Hong Kong’s first association focused on the Southeast Asian market. Additionally, he founded SEA321, a navigation platform for cross-border e-commerce in Southeast Asia, designed to bridge information and resource gaps for Hong Kong merchants, enterprises, and brands. In 2026, he and his team plan to launch various YouTube channels to share e-commerce knowledge and his professional insights.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Chan held senior management positions at several multinational companies. These include serving as General Manager of Supply Chain Management at Lazada, one of Southeast Asia’s largest e-commerce platforms (a subsidiary of Alibaba Group), and as Chief Supply Chain Officer at AsiaPay, an award-winning FinTech company in the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, he also held managerial roles at FedEx, DHL E-commerce, SF Express, PostNord, and Post Danmark. Moreover, he has been a senior advisor for leading AI companies such as iOmniscient and Wildfaces.ai.

Currently, Mr. Chan serves as an advisor, mentor, and business coach for organizations such as the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), the HKTech300 initiative by City University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG). He has also been a T-Box mentor for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and has provided consulting services to companies and institutions including KPMG, EY, Deloitte, McKinsey, Tencent WeWorks, PolyU’s MBA program, Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and over 1,000 startups and Fortune 500 companies such as Estée Lauder and Accenture.

In addition to the aforementioned roles, Mr. Chan has been a part-time lecturer at the School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE) and the Academy of Innovation and Professional Studies at the University of Hong Kong, where he taught e-commerce and new retail supply chain management. He continues to provide corporate training for professional organizations, including HKSTP, HKFYG, and HKTech300. Furthermore, he has been invited as a keynote speaker at seminars organized by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department.

Mr. Chan has also served as chairperson, keynote speaker, panelist, advisory board member, and host at over 150 international conferences across China, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Due to his extensive experience in e-commerce, Mr. Chan has been invited to serve as a judge for various competitions, including the Alibaba Hong Kong B2B Youth Festival, GS1’s “Top Ten E-commerce Websites” awards, a competition co-hosted by the Qianhai Authority and Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, and activities under the HKTech300 initiative by City University of Hong Kong.

Over the years, Mr. Chan has been featured in media coverage worldwide, including in Hong Kong’s Economic Times, the South China Morning Post, Transport & Logistics Manager in Europe, Vietnamese TV, and Forbes Southeast Asia. In these interviews, he has shared his professional insights on e-commerce-related issues.
