XU Jing holds a Master of Economics from the University of International Business and Economics and brings 17 years of specialised expertise in policy-oriented research within China’s postal and express delivery sector.
She has led major research initiatives shaping national industry policy, including the studies underpinning the 12th, 13th, and 14th Five-Year Plans for China’s postal and express delivery industry, as well as research on the development of universal postal services and performance monitoring for express delivery timeliness.
