Charles Chamblas is the head of the Strategy and Insights team at Lalamove, in charge of deploying innovative products. Charles has spent the past four years developing Lalamove in south East Asia and recently launched a new line of service called the Delivery Optimization Tools. The DOTs rely on data science to increase last mile delivery efficiency for Lalamove business users. Charles graduated in Supply Chain before joining the pharmaceutical industry to support international vaccines distribution. He moved to Hong Kong in 2015 and joined Lalamove in its early days to drive one of the first B2B deals with Google. In 2018, he set up a team in HK in charge of international expansion and hired teams across SEA to open 5 markets in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and India.
